Dear doctor. Thank you for your inquiry. Does this phenomenon also occur if the lateral cephalogram is digitized and saved in a newly created patient? When we tested, the problem was not reproduced and the problem list was generated normally. If you deleted or modify an existing problem list, the problem list may not be newly generated even if you perform A.I Digitization again. In this case, we recommend that you create a new record, then upload the lateral cephalogram and try the digitization again.
