However, if you would like to create a horizontal distance measurement based on TVL (Total Vertex Length), you can configure it as follows using the Custom Measurement Wizard. For example, if you want to measure the horizontal distance from Pronasale (PRN) to Subnasale, you can set it up like this:

Measurement Type: 'distance_AB_horizontal_signed' Point A: 'Subnasale' Point B: 'Prn' Point C: 'Subnasale' Meaning Large: 'Protruded Nasal Tip' Meaning Normal: 'Normal' Meaning Small: 'Retruded Nasal Tip'
